Seeking visionary IT leadership across the global enterprise Candidates should have 5+ years experience in hands on development and systems architecture in a large scale environment and 8+ years of experience in a Project /Program manager role in IT delivery. Strong preference for "Big 5" type consulting experience at the Sr. Manager level or higher. Experience in Fortune 500 companies also prized. Large Project Delivery and Architecture across multi platforms is required.

Director IT

Requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 7-10 years experience. Experience may be substituted for graduate technical education. The candidate must be customer focused with leadership skills in project management, line management, supplier negotiation, cross-functional teams, consensus building, problem solving, and quality assurance. The position requires experience in systems integration, software development and engineering, release management, configuration management and applied knowledge of software development life cycle methodology. The candidate must demonstrate advanced interpersonal skills (both oral and written) with personnel management experience (team building, mentoring, coaching, career development). The candidate must also have experience working on application development teams within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Strong analysis and architectural design background, including a demonstrated ability to design solutions to highly complex problems are essential, as are strong verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of on-time delivery of OLTP software modules/components and client/server systems. He/she must also have proven experience in multi-tiered application software design, software engineering methodologies and software development lifecycle management. Intermediate to advanced-level knowledge of C++ (on NT), VB, Web development (HTML, DHTML, ASPs, MS FrontPage, MS InterDev), Oracle SQL, OCI, and COM/MTS is essential. Experience building component based multi-tiered enterprise applications is also required for this position. Knowledge of message-based (e.g. MQSeries) architecture is highly recommended. Knowledge of distribution/shipping a plus. This is for a production support manager position.

Requires expertise in the full life cycle delivery of very large scale IT Projects.

Sr. Manager CRM Applications

Leading Global High Tech manufacturing company is seeking Sr. Manager CRM (Call Center) Applications. Requires 8 - 10+ years of experience in IT 5+ years in Project Management. Requires experience leading cross functional teams in full life cycle large scale IT project delivery in CRM Technologies for Call Center and/or Sales Force Automation. Ideal Candidate will have significant experience leading Siebel, Vantive or other CRM project delivery. BA / BS required. MBA preferred. Strong preference for CRM experience from top consulting firms, Fortune 500 Organizations, or High Tech Firms.

Web Developer

Responsible for coding and documenting the development of enhancements to e -commerce system; interacting with development, test and operations groups to understand commerce requirements; and troubleshooting issues in a timely and effective manner. Requires specific experience in working with Microsoft Site Server/Commerce Server 3.0 or future versions, and a solid foundation coding in the following languages: HTML, ASP, VBScript, and Visual Basic. Developers must have a working knowledge of, and operational experience in, DHTML, XML, MSMQ, and MTS. From a database perspective, candidates must have working knowledge of relational databases, Transact SQL, and the SQL 7.0 platform. A strong knowledge of development and version control in the Microsoft Visual Studio and Visual Source Safe is preferred. Requires: Computer Science or related degree. Seeking Software Development Manager to lead a team of 10 developers who work on projects ranging from 3-6 months in length. Knowledge of the Internet tools and technology, industry standards and best practices are crucial. Requires: a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with seven plus years of web development experience, two of which should be in management.
